10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, whether in arbitration or court, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

Upon termination, your account balance will be returned to you minus any outstanding debts, fees, or amounts subject to investigation. phsly is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from account suspension or termination.
